Double doors lead out on to the patio area with table and chairs and a small, sheltered, enclosed garden.

There is no access to and from the cottage garden across the land to the rear

There is a private parking space for one vehicle directly in front of the cottage and the village car park is 50 yards away. (There is a charge during the summer months).

Please note: There are several steps leading down from the twin and children’s bedrooms to the lower area which includes both bathrooms with two more steps to the living area so the cottage may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.
